1. No Refunds

SkinLogik LLC does not offer refunds for any products purchased through our website.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with product results

• Allergic reactions or sensitivities

• Ordering the wrong item

• Change of mind

• Duplicate orders placed by the customer

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

For the safety of all customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, whether opened or unopened.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged due to carrier handling, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
SkinLogik LLC is not responsible for damage occurring during transit.

4. Incorrect Addresses

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
